SAP Ariba’s platform is widely called as a user-friendly tool because of its interface which is easy and well designed to facilitate the smooth and simple usage for both buyers and sellers. This platform gives each category of users its customized usage such as catalog construction, generation & design of purchases and invoices for sellers whereas it also provides features such as a provision to negotiate and bargain on inquiries, suppliers data, order goods and services and to keep track on the spending for buyers.
